About this cartoon: The FBI announced that no criminal charges would be leveled against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server while Secretary of State, although the FBI's director scolded her strongly. The Republicans used their convention to call for Hillary to be jailed, or worse. Meanwhile, Republican nominee Donald Trump remained a remarkably terrible candidate, and his many business bankruptcies gave considerable lie to his reputation as an astute businessman.
